We have decided to work with Tamco Paint and the Barney family over other paint companies because their overall mission is the same as Alpha's , to provide the highest quality products possible, and a very affordable price. This helps fellow small businesses make money while offering high end results, at an affordable price point! On top of our missions being the same, they are also VERY knowledgable and have some of the best customer service in the automotive industry. If you (like i was) are a little leary about the claim of "High quality at an innexpensive price" I totally understand. This is what i personally have found: they're able to offer extremely high quality paint at the price they do for one main reason: they manufacturer their paint IN HOUSE and do not pay millions a year on marketing. The let their products and customer service speak for themselves, and in my opinion, they do one hell of a job. If using Alpha Pearls and pigments in automotive paint, they certainly look best in Tamco!

These are my reccomendations for you if you are either new to Tamco, or new to paint in general:
Tamco HC4100 Clearcoat Kit - A medium solids "glamour" clearcoat with an insane shine and gloss retention. Great for an all-over paint job, showcar finish, and any job you want a great shine and great "off the gun" finish. This is my go to clear hands down.
Tamco HP5300 series primer - This primer series is both direct to metal and has rust encapsolation built in! Not only that, its very versitile. You can use it as a super high build primer (mixed 4:1 sprayed with a 2.2-2.5 tip), a medium build primer (mixed 4:1:1 sprayed with a 1.8-2.0 tip) , or even a no sand sealer (mixed 4:1:2 sprayed with a 1.3-1.4 tip)
Tamco HC895 Intercoat clear - This is a clear basecoat or "carrier" for pearls, pigments, candies etc. This is what we mix our pearls and pigments into forall of our speedshape samples and project cars. When using our pigments with Tamco Paint, this is what you mix them into!
